We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Draftsman to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating detailed technical drawings and plans used in fitout industries. This role requires a strong understanding of design principles.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Technical Drawings: Create accurate and detailed technical drawings, schematics, and blueprints based on specifications from engineers, architects, or designers.

2. Software Proficiency: Utilize drafting software (e.g., AutoCAD) to produce and modify drawings.

3. Design Coordination: Collaborate with project engineers, architects, and other professionals to ensure designs are accurate and meet project requirements.

4. Revision Management: Update and revise drawings as needed to reflect changes in project scope or design modifications.

5. Compliance: Ensure all drawings adhere to industry standards, regulations, and safety codes.

6. Problem Solving: Identify and resolve issues related to design or drafting errors.

7. Communication: Communicate effectively with team members and stakeholders to clarify project details and requirements.

Qualifications:

1. Education: Associate's degree or certification in Drafting, Architecture, or a related field.

2. Experience: Proven experience as a Draftsman or in a similar role is preferred.

3. Technical Skills: Proficiency in drafting software (e.g., AutoCAD) and Microsoft Office Suite.

4. Attention to Detail: Strong attention to detail and accuracy in creating and reviewing drawings.
