1. Develop and refine electrical system designs, including power distribution, control systems, and circuit layouts.

4. Prepare and review technical drawings, blueprints, and specifications.

5. Conduct detailed testing of electrical systems and components to ensure functionality, safety, and compliance with standards.

6. Perform failure analysis and troubleshoot issues with electrical systems.

7. Simulate performance using testing tools and adjust designs based on test results.

8. Ensure all electrical systems meet industry and governmental regulations.

9. Oversee the installation of electrical systems in buildings, industrial plants, or machinery.

10. Supervise contractors or technicians during the implementation phase.

11. Inspect and approve electrical installations to ensure compliance with designs and codes.

12. Provide on-site support during system commissioning and deployment.

13. Conduct periodic inspections of electrical systems to ensure proper functionality and safety.

14. Diagnose and resolve issues in existing electrical systems and components.

15. Recommend and implement upgrades for aging or underperforming systems.

16. Develop preventive maintenance schedules to minimize system downtime.

17. Plan, manage, and execute electrical engineering projects from concept to completion.

18. Coordinate with other departments, such as mechanical, software, or civil engineering teams, to ensure project success.

19. Monitor project timelines, budgets, and resources.

20. Document project progress, create technical reports, and deliver presentations to stakeholders.

21. Ensure compliance with local, national, and international electrical codes and safety standards.

22. Conduct risk assessments and implement safety measures for systems and installations.

23. Train personnel on safety procedures related to electrical systems and equipment.

24. Research emerging technologies to incorporate into new or existing projects.

25. Investigate and develop sustainable energy solutions, such as solar or wind energy systems.

26. Collaborate with R&D teams to create innovative electrical products or processes.

27. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and advancements.

28. Estimate costs for electrical systems and components during the planning phase.

29. Prepare detailed budgets for projects, considering material, labor, and equipment costs.

30. Optimize designs to balance performance, safety, and cost efficiency.

31. Maintain detailed documentation of designs, calculations, test results, and modifications.

32. Prepare manuals, technical guides, and training materials for end-users or maintenance teams.

33. Generate compliance and certification reports for regulatory bodies.

34. Liaise with clients, contractors, and stakeholders to understand project requirements and provide updates.

35. Explain technical concepts and solutions to non-technical team members or clients.

36. Negotiate with suppliers or vendors to ensure quality and cost-effective procurement of materials.
