Electrical Maintenance Manager

Description:

Diploma/Degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent.
Minimum five (5) years’ Experience in the Oil & Gas industry
Strong communication skill, knowledge and reporting of HSE regulations and compliance
Ability to work and manage in remote locations
Develop and implement a comprehensive maintenance strategy tailored to oil and gas operations.
Lead and manage a team of maintenance personnel, ensuring effective training and development.
Conduct regular inspections and assessments of equipment and facilities to identify maintenance needs.
Oversee preventive and corrective maintenance activities to minimize downtime.
Collaborate with project managers and other departments to ensure seamless operations.
Maintain compliance with industry regulations, safety standards, and environmental policies.
Manage maintenance budgets and control costs effectively.
Prepare and analyze maintenance reports and metrics to improve operational efficiency.
 
Diploma/Degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent.
Minimum 5 years of experience in electrical maintenance within the oil and gas industry.
Strong knowledge of electrical systems, control circuits, motors, generators, and power distribution.
Proficiency in the Permit to Work (PTW) system and understanding of isolation procedures.
Familiarity with industry standards, including IEC, NEC, and OSHA regulations.
Strong troubleshooting, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
Excellent leadership, communication, and team management abilities.
Knowledge of CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management Systems) is an advantage.
