Elevator Troubleshooters

Description:

Responsible for attending and solving all breakdowns and call-backs on the assigned route as quickly as possible. Provides training and assistance to technicians and oversees the maintenance of at least 150 units.

Key Responsibilities:
✔ Corrective maintenance and repairs, including spare parts replacement when necessary
✔ Reduce breakdowns and call-backs on the route
✔ Conduct safety inspections and reduce problematic units (2 calls in 7 days or 3 calls in 30 days)
✔ Perform inspections on new units and third-party units as required
✔ Assign Service Technicians to job sites for PPM, repairs, and call-backs when needed
✔ Ensure 100% completion of maintenance tasks for the route
✔ Identify and create new repair opportunities
✔ Manage timesheets for the route

Required Qualifications:
🎓 Education/Experience: Mechanical/Electrical Diploma or ITI
🛠 Experience: Minimum 7 years in elevator and escalator maintenance (preventive and corrective)
📚 Skills: Decision-making skills, excellent communication skills (oral and written)
