Factory Manager

Description:

Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Wood Technology or a related field.
Minimum of 10 years experience in joinery, woodworking, interior fit-outs, with at least 3 years in a managerial role.
Oversee daily manufacturing operations, ensuring efficient workflow and timely project completion.
Implement and enforce strict quality control procedures to maintain high standards in joinery products.
Prepare and present reports on factory performance, production targets, and quality control.
