Key Responsibilities:
Oversee and manage all financial operations, including accounting, budgeting, and reporting.
Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting in accordance with local regulations and international standards.
Supervise and mentor a team of accounting staff, providing guidance and support.
Prepare and analyze financial statements, including profit and loss accounts and balance sheets.
Manage cash flow and treasury functions.
Monitor and control expenses to ensure they align with budgets.
Assist with financial audits and ensure compliance with relevant regulations.
Implement and maintain effective financial controls and procedures.
Provide financial analysis and recommendations to support strategic decision-making.

Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
Proven experience in financial accounting and supervision.
Strong proficiency in Tally ERP9 or FOCUS9.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Attention to detail and accuracy.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Preferred Qualifications:

Experience in the FMCG industry, particularly in the import and export of fruits and vegetables.
Knowledge of Persian, Urdu, Hindi, and/or Arabic.
