To accelerate the remarkable growth potential within their sector, we are seeking an ingenious Integration Leader. This visionary will collaborate closely with the designated C-suite sponsor, orchestrating the technical and operational joining of strategies and resources between the FinTech and its banking partner.

The mission of the Integration Leader would be to seamlessly weave together the fabric of two tech stacks, enabling to capitalise on each other's strengths. This covers establishment of collaborative frameworks, laying the tech groundwork for seamless information exchange, and optimal operational integration between the FinTech and the Bank.

Critical milestones for this engagement encompass refining the joint value proposition, driving strategic pre-engagement market initiatives, catalyzing mutually beneficial business opportunities, and establishing internal capabilities to facilitate cohesive integration.
