Floor Supervisor

Description:

QHire Human Resources Consultancy is hiring for a Floor Supervisor.

Responsibilities:

1. Supervise daily operations of the restaurant.
2. Ensure efficient and courteous service delivery to meet or exceed guest expectations.
3. Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with the kitchen and purchasing departments to ensure adequate supplies.
4. Oversee the cleanliness and maintenance of dining areas, ensuring compliance with hygiene and sanitation standards.
5. Assist in implementing and maintaining F&B promotions and events to attract and retain guests.
6. Enforce health and safety regulations and maintain a safe working environment for staff and guests.
7. Contribute to the development and implementation of standard operating procedures (SOPs) for the F&B department.
8. Uphold environmental, health, and safety standards in alignment with organizational policies.
9. Adhere to the company’s environmental, health, and safety procedures and policies.

Requirements:

1. Minimum 4 years of food & beverage service experience.
2. Must be available to join immediately.
