Food & Beverage Manager

Key Responsibilities:

* Oversee the daily operations of the food and beverage department.
* Manage and lead the F&B team to deliver exceptional guest experiences.
* Ensure that food and beverage standards and quality are consistently met.
* Develop and implement strategies to drive revenue, profitability, and customer satisfaction.
* Manage inventory, ordering, and cost controls to optimize profitability.
* Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene standards.
* Train and mentor staff, fostering a positive work environment and culture.

Requirements:

* Minimum of 7 years of experience in the Food and Beverage industry, with at least 3 years in a managerial role.
* Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
* In-depth knowledge of F&B operations, budgeting, and cost management.
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
* A passion for delivering outstanding guest service and maintaining high standards.
Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field (preferred).
