Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Food Safety Officer. The Food Safety Officer will be responsible for ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations, maintaining hygiene standards, implementing food technology practices, ensuring food safety, and conducting quality assurance checks. The Food Safety Officer will work closely with the culinary team to ensure the highest standards of food safety and quality.

Qualifications

• Health & Safety and Hygiene skills
• Knowledge of Food Technology and Food Safety practices
• Experience in Quality Assurance
• Strong attention to detail
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
• Relevant certifications in food safety and quality assurance
• Prior experience in the food and beverage industry
• Must be fluent in Arabic
• With GCC experience, minimum of 5 years experience
• Local hire only
