Freelance Fit-out Engineer

Description:

Collaborate with the design and construction team for the restaurant build-out
Oversee technical aspects of the project, ensuring quality and safety standards
Coordinate with contractors, suppliers, and vendors to ensure timely completion
Provide engineering solutions tailored to our Pan-Asian themed restaurant
Manage aspects like electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and structural elements
Required Experience:
Proven experience in restaurant construction or commercial projects
Strong background in fit out for Asian theme restaurants.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple aspects of the project
Knowledge of safety regulations and standards in the restaurant industry
Previous work on themed or high-end restaurant designs is a plus
