1. Training Delivery:

- Tailor training content to the specific needs and skill levels of participants.
- Deliver both in-person and virtual training sessions, adapting to the preferred mode of delivery.
2. Curriculum Development:
- Develop and update training materials, presentations, and resources for various training topics.
- Research industry trends, best practices, and regulatory updates to ensure training content is up-to-date and relevant.
3. Participant Engagement:
- Foster a positive and interactive learning environment that encourages participant engagement and knowledge retention.
- Use a variety of instructional techniques and tools to cater to different learning styles.
4. Assessment and Feedback:
- Conduct assessments and evaluations to measure participants' understanding and progress.
- Provide constructive feedback to participants and offer recommendations for improvement.
5. Professional Development:
- Stay informed about the latest developments in HR, Finance, IT, Sales and Marketing, and Governance, Risk, and Compliance to ensure training content is current and accurate.

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a freelance trainer or corporate trainer in HR, Finance, IT, Sales and Marketing, and Governance, Risk, and Compliance.
- In-depth knowledge of the respective fields, including industry best practices, regulations, and emerging trends.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to engage diverse audiences and adapt training approaches as needed.
- Strong organizational and time management skills to effectively plan and deliver training sessions.
- Proficiency in using technology for virtual training and content delivery.
- Relevant certifications or qualifications in the respective areas are a plus.
- Flexibility to work on a freelance basis, with availability to conduct training sessions as per client requirements.
