The ideal candidate for this General Manager position will have:

  • Minimum 3 years’ experience in a similar management role in a luxury high-end brand.
  • Familiar with lifestyle brand concept including entertainment, live music and events.
  • Strong people management skills and experience with managing and leading a team.
  • Ability to build strong relationships at all levels and with guests.
  • Excellent written and verbal English communication skills and strong interpersonal and negotiations skills are essential.
  • Ability to motivate and drive the team.
  • Must be friendly, attentive and eye for detail.
  • A passion for hospitality and customer service.
  • Ability to work under pressure and have excellent time management
