Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate the activities of the golf operations staff
• Manage tee time reservations and ensure an efficient flow of play on the golf course
• Coordinate and oversee golf tournaments and events
• Maintain golf carts and equipment, ensuring they are in good working condition
• Provide exceptional customer service to guests, addressing any inquiries or concerns
• Ensure compliance with all safety and golf course regulations
• Assist in the development and implementation of promotional activities and programs
• Train and develop golf operations staff to deliver high-quality service
• Requirements
• Previous experience in golf operations or a related field
• Strong knowledge and passion for golf
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks
• Strong leadership and supervisory skills
