Head Chef

We’re on the hunt for an exceptional Head Chef to steer our culinary team and redefine the art of crafting delicious American-style chicken and beef burgers. This full-time on-site role requires strategic menu planning, effective kitchen team management, and ensuring the consistent delivery of high-quality food in a fast-paced, QSR environment. The Head Chef will spearhead the creation of innovative dishes, maintain a compliant kitchen environment, and report directly to the restaurant manager.

Responsibilities:

• Plan and execute the restaurant menu, focusing on elevating American-style chicken and beef burger recipes.

• Lead and motivate the kitchen team, ensuring top-notch food production and presentation.

• Uphold food safety and quality regulations, maintaining a clean and hygienic kitchen environment at all times.

• Collaborate with management to adapt menus based on customer preferences, dietary requirements, and seasonal ingredients.

• Train and mentor kitchen staff to consistently deliver exceptional quality and efficiency.

• Contribute to menu planning, recipe development, and food costing initiatives to drive the QSR’s success.

Qualifications:

• 3+ years of experience as a Chef, Head Chef or Executive Chef, specializing in American-style cuisine, particularly chicken and beef burgers.

• Proficiency in culinary techniques with a passion for American fast food.

• Demonstrated ability to efficiently manage teams, maintain high-quality standards, and foster a positive kitchen culture.

• Excellent communication skills to collaborate effectively with chefs, servers, and management.

• Strong knowledge of food safety and hygiene regulations, ensuring a clean and safe kitchen environment.

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in culinary arts or a related field.

• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-pressure QSR environment.
