We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Delivery Manager/Business Development Manager/Performance Management Consultant to join our team. The successful candidate will work closely with our clients to deliver high-quality consulting services, build strong relationships, and drive business growth.

Responsibilities:


  • Manage delivery of consulting services to clients, ensuring quality, timeliness, and effectiveness of solutions.
  • Develop and execute business development strategies to identify new clients and expand relationships with existing clients.
  • Conduct market research and analysis to identify potential clients and business opportunities.
  • Prepare and deliver presentations to prospective clients to showcase our services and value proposition.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, partners, and industry experts.
  • Lead performance management consulting projects, including defining performance metrics, identifying performance gaps, and developing action plans to improve performance.
  • Provide thought leadership on performance management best practices and industry trends.
  • Develop and implement performance management tools and frameworks to support client needs.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver integrated solutions to clients.
     

Requirements:


  • Bachelor's degree in business, management, or a related field.
  • At least [insert number of years] years of experience in management consulting, with a focus on delivery, business development, or performance management consulting.
  • Strong project management skills and experience managing multiple projects simultaneously.
