Masterβs degree in Human Resources or a relevant field.

π₯ Strong command over HR management software, including ATS, payroll, and employee management systems.
π Manage employee records, contracts, and documentation in compliance with company policies.
π Oversee recruitment processes, including job postings, screening, and interviewing coordination.
π¨βπΌ Handle onboarding & orientation for new hires.
π Maintain HR databases & payroll systems, ensuring accuracy.
π Assist in performance management & employee appraisal processes.
β Ensure compliance with Qatar labor laws & HR best practices.
