Hr Coordinator

 

Description:

Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the recruitment process, including posting job ads, reviewing resumes, and coordinating interviews.
- Maintain employee records and ensure data accuracy.
- Support the onboarding process for new hires.
- Provide administrative support to the HR department.
- Assist in handling employee inquiries and resolving HR-related issues.

Requirements:
- 1 to 2 years of experience in an HR role.
- Excellent command of English.
- HR certification is preferred.
- Strong time management and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
