Human Capital Quality Assurance & Nationalization

 

Description:

The incumbent will be responsible for co-ordinating and following up on all matters pertaining to Group Nationalization policies, targets, communication and reports. In addition, will also assist in all related matters pertinent to HC Quality Assurance function.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities by Dimensions::

Assists in controlling and maintaining Nationalization and Employee Communications related budgets.

Assists in implementing Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for performance monitoring and quality measurement of Nationalization and Employee Communication targets

Manage the Internship program in coordination with CoE dept, and communicate with the interns to ensure appropriate assignments, also, follow up with interns to ensure attendance and payments of allowances made on time.

Manage and follow up on scholarship program, by ensuring the fulfilment of the seats / annual quota for the program, attract students thru different channels and approaching them in schools and universities to bring high calibre candidates into the program.

Follow up with all scholars enrolled into the scholarship program to manage all their issue and progress such as payments, attendance, performance and school grades, this position is responsible for managing all student affairs.

Support in building and maintaining strong and effective communication flow with all departments to achieve the Group’s goals/ objectives.

Provides timely and accurate information to the external auditors and the compliance function, as and when required.

Provide assistance/act as a co-ordinator on all HC Quality Assurance related functions as directed by Head of HC Quality Assurance & Nationalization .

Implements the departmental policies and procedures which will set out the principles, methodology and techniques to establish effective Nationalization budgets and targets .

Understands the organizational chart for the department along with the delegation of authority matrix.

Monitor attrition of Nationals in all Divisions / Countries, and analyses reasons and recommend solutions to minimize attritions in coordination with other HC sections.

Assist in ensuring that all communications regarding Nationalization policies and targets are consistent in terms of branding and strategic message.

Implements and maintains internal and external Nationalization communications programs.

Assists in coordinating the execution of internal Nationalization programs aimed at facilitating inter-organization communication and enhancing internal stakeholder awareness with regards to Group Nationalization targets, retention and development.

Provide assistance/act as a co-ordinator on all HC Quality Assurance related functions as directed by Head of HC Quality Assurance & Nationalization .

Identifies areas for professional development of self and act to enhance professional development of self.

Actively participate in meetings which aim to assess individual as well as the department’s overall performance on a regular basis.
