Job Overview: We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented HR Assistant to join our team in Doha. The ideal candidate will support the HR department in various administrative and operational tasks, ensuring smooth and efficient HR processes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in recruitment processes, including job postings, resume screening, and scheduling interviews.
  • Maintain employee records and update HR databases.
  • Support the onboarding process for new hires, including orientation and paperwork.
  • Assist in organizing training sessions and employee development programs.
  • Handle employee inquiries regarding HR policies and procedures.
  • Prepare HR-related reports and documentation.
  • Assist in payroll processing and benefits administration.
  • Support the HR team in various administrative tasks and projects.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as an HR Assistant or in a similar administrative role.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and HR software.
  • Fluent in English; knowledge of Arabic is an advantage.
