Role Description:
This is a full-time on-site role for a Human Resources Business Partner at Aqar Masr for Real Estate Development in Heliopolis. The Human Resources Business Partner will be responsible for various HR functions and tasks to support the organization including talent acquisition, payroll, medical and social insurance.

Qualifications:
3-5 years of experience in human resources in recruitment and personnel.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Knowledge of HR policies, procedures, and employment laws.
Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
Experience working with diverse teams and departments.
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field.
From Real Estate background is a plus.
