Human Resources Manager

 

Description:

Key Responsibilities:

• HR Strategy & Planning:

• Develop and implement HR strategies that align with the company's overall objectives.

• Forecast workforce requirements and plan talent acquisition and retention strategies.

• Recruitment & Onboarding:

• Oversee the end-to-end recruitment process to attract top talent.

• Ensure a smooth onboarding process to help new hires integrate effectively.

• Employee Relations & Engagement:

• Foster a positive workplace culture through employee engagement initiatives.

• Act as a mediator to resolve conflicts and address employee grievances promptly.

• Performance Management:

• Design and implement performance management systems, including KPIs and appraisals.

• Provide coaching and support to managers for employee development.

• HR Operations:

• Oversee payroll processing, leave management, and benefits administration.

• Ensure compliance with Qatar labor laws and HR policies.

• Training & Development:

• Identify training needs and develop programs to enhance employee skills and productivity.

• Promote leadership development for high-potential employees.

• Compliance & Policy Development:

• Develop, implement, and maintain HR policies and procedures.

• Ensure the organization adheres to local labor laws and regulations.

• HR Reporting & Analytics:

• Generate HR metrics and reports to provide insights into workforce trends.

• Use data to support decision-making and drive improvements in HR practices.

• Team Leadership:

• Lead and mentor the HR team to deliver exceptional service to the organization.

• Encourage a culture of continuous improvement and accountability.

 

Qualifications:

• Fluent in Arabic and English

• Bachelor's experience in Human Resources

• Minimum 10 years of GCC experience in HR, with at least 5 years in Qatar as a HR Manager.

• Proven expertise in HR operations, recruitment, employee relations, and compliance within similar industries.

• Strong knowledge of Qatar labor laws, HR best practices, and compliance standards.

• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.

• Proficiency in HRIS systems and advanced MS Office skills.

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
