Responsibilities:
- Supervise and lead the administration team, providing guidance, support, and mentorship.
- Oversee day-to-day administrative activities, including office management, facilities coordination, and travel arrangements.
- Develop and implement administrative policies, procedures, and systems to streamline operations and maximize efficiency.
- Collaborate with the HR department to ensure the effective implementation of HR policies, procedures, and programs.
- Coordinate and manage employee onboarding, orientation, and offboarding processes.
- Oversee employee records and ensure compliance with applicable regulations and standards.
- Conduct regular audits and assessments to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
- Provide support in recruitment, selection, and performance management processes.
- Foster a positive work environment and maintain employee morale through effective communication and conflict resolution.
- Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and legal requirements related to HR and administration.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience in HR administration and supervision, preferably in the oil and gas industry.
- Strong knowledge of HR practices, policies, and employment laws.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to prioritize and meet deadlines.
- Demonstrated leadership abilities, with experience in managing and developing a team.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with individuals at all levels of the organization.
- Detail-oriented with a high degree of accuracy in work output.
- Proficient in MS Office Suite and HR information systems.
