Key Responsibilities:

• Process Mapping and Re-Engineering: Utilize your extensive experience (5-10 years) in process mapping and re-engineering to analyze, design, and optimize business processes using the IBM BPM tool.
• Banking Expertise: Leverage your knowledge of the banking industry to understand and address specific challenges and requirements related to financial processes, compliance, and regulations.
• IBM BPM Tool: Demonstrate a high level of proficiency in working with the IBM BPM tool to create, modify, and automate business processes.
• Solution Design: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement solutions that enhance efficiency, reduce operational costs, and improve overall business performance.
• Technical Expertise: Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in the IBM BPM tool and related technologies, ensuring that our solutions are built on best practices and industry standards.
• Documentation: Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for processes, workflows, and system configurations to support future reference and auditing.
• Quality Assurance: Conduct thorough testing and validation of BPM solutions to ensure they meet the desired business objectives and are error-free.
• Training and Support: Provide training and support to end-users and colleagues on the use of BPM solutions, troubleshooting issues as needed.
• Continuous Improvement: Proactively identify areas for process improvement and optimization, working closely with stakeholders to implement enhancements.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (Computer Science, Business, etc.) or equivalent work experience.
• 5-10 years of extensive experience in process mapping and re-engineering, with a strong focus on using the IBM BPM tool.
• Previous experience in the banking industry, with a solid understanding of financial processes and regulations.
• Ideally, prior employment with IBM or familiarity with IBM's BPM solutions.
• Proficiency in BPMN (Business Process Model and Notation) and other relevant process modeling techniques.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Certification in IBM BPM or related technologies is a plus.
