Ibm Specialist With Esb Expertise

We are seeking a highly skilled IBM Specialist with extensive ESB (Enterprise Service Bus) experience to join our dynamic IT team at one of the leading banks in Qatar. The ideal candidate will have over a decade of experience in the design and implementation of technical integrations across multiple integration patterns and channels. The candidate will also be responsible for managing the middleware team and ensuring the successful administration and configuration of the IBM ACE platform.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Technical Integration:

• Design and implement technical integrations across multiple integration patterns, including services (microservices or monoliths), middleware, and messages.

• Utilize standards and practices, including enterprise design patterns and solutions architecture for enterprise solutions and services across channels, including web and mobile.

• Ensure robust integration within the banking or BFSI (Banking, Financial Services, and Insurance) industry.

2. Middleware Management:

• Own and manage the middleware team, including upscaling and training team members where applicable.

• Oversee the setup, administration, and configuration of the IBM ACE platform.

3. Development Expertise:

• Demonstrate hands-on development experience using Java or related technologies, preferably including Java, Spring, Hibernate, etc.

• Apply expertise in microservices-based architecture with proven design and implementation experience.

4. Collaboration and Leadership:

• Collaborate with HR and the IT application head to ensure alignment with business needs and technical requirements.

• Provide leadership and mentorship to the middleware team, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

• 10+ years of experience in technical integration design and implementation.

• Proven experience in managing middleware teams and projects.

• Extensive hands-on experience with IBM ACE platform.

• Strong proficiency in Java and related technologies (Spring, Hibernate).

• Expertise in microservices-based architecture.

• Excellent communication and leadership skills.

• Prior experience in the banking or BFSI industry is highly preferred.
