Description:
Leadership & Team Management:
- Lead, mentor, and manage a team of engineers, technicians, and site staff to ensure efficient execution of ICT-related tasks.
- Set clear objectives, KPIs, and timelines for the team, while ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards.
Active & Passive Network Management:
- Oversee the installation, configuration, and maintenance of all active (routers, switches, firewalls) and passive (cabling, racks, patch panels) network components.
- Ensure the network is secure, scalable, and aligned with the project’s top security requirements.
Stakeholder Engagement:
- Act as the key point of contact between ICT and all stakeholders including contractors, project managers, senior executives, and external consultants.
- Provide clear and concise communication on project progress, challenges, and milestones to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Represent the company in project meetings, design reviews, and security assessments.
Project Planning & Execution:
- Develop and implement ICT project plans that align with the overall project timeline and budget.
- Collaborate with design teams to integrate ICT solutions into the overall building management systems (BMS) and security infrastructure.
- Ensure timely procurement of ICT hardware and software in coordination with the procurement team.
Risk & Security Management:
- Design and implement a robust security framework for the network, ensuring that the project complies with all relevant security standards.
- Proactively identify potential risks related to ICT systems and develop mitigation strategies to minimize disruptions.
Budget & Resource Management:
- Manage the ICT budget effectively, ensuring all resources are allocated efficiently.
- Oversee cost control measures and report regularly on financial performance related to ICT infrastructure.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- A minimum of 7-10 years of experience in ICT management, with at least 3 years in a leadership role managing large-scale, high-security projects.
- Strong understanding of both active and passive network components, with experience in designing, implementing, and managing secure networks.
- Proven experience managing teams, including engineers and technical staff, in a high-pressure, fast-paced environment.
