• Installing and configuring computer systems.
• Diagnosing and solving hardware/software faults.
• Knowledge of POS machine and printers
• Setting up new users and giving them access to the intranet
• Managing and maintaining the file servers
• Monitoring the internet connection for security risks
• Monitoring the local area network (LAN) for threats or errors
• Communicate with telecom team if needed
• Basic knowledge of IP CCTV
