Instrument Reliability Technician

Description:

𝗞𝗲𝘆 𝗥𝗲𝘀𝗽𝗼𝗻𝘀𝗶𝗯𝗶𝗹𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗲𝘀:
• Hands-on experience in electrical distribution & protection systems
• Expertise in MV & LV distribution, transformers, motors, VFDs, UPS, batteries
• Condition monitoring of motors & switchgears
• experience with digital protection relays (MICOM, SEPAM) & switchgear schemes
• Strong troubleshooting & schematic reading skills
• Knowledge of hazardous area classification & equipment selection
• ITPM plans, spares management & SAP expertise preferred
• strong English communication & Microsoft Office skills

𝗝𝗼𝗯 𝗗𝗲𝘀𝗰𝗿𝗶𝗽𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 (𝗜𝗻𝘀𝘁𝗿𝘂𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝗥𝗲𝗹𝗶𝗮𝗯𝗶𝗹𝗶𝘁𝘆 𝗧𝗲𝗰𝗵𝗻𝗶𝗰𝗶𝗮𝗻)
✅ Education: 3-year Diploma in Instrumentation/Electronics Engineering Technology
✅ Experience: 3-5 years in Petrochemical / Oil & Gas Industry (Preferred: Senior Tech Position)

🔹 Key Responsibilities:
✔️ Hands-on experience in field instrumentation maintenance
✔️ Strong knowledge of SMART transmitters, control valves, PLCs, flow metering, analyzers
✔️ Excellent troubleshooting of P&IDs, loop drawings, JB layouts
✔️ Familiar with hazardous area classifications
✔️ Development of ITPM plans & spares management
✔️ SAP expertise preferred
✔️ Strong English communication & Microsoft Office skills
