Description:
This role entails developing strategic business development plans, coordinating with internal teams to address customer needs and wants, and aiming to improve customer satisfaction and enhance our company's market presence.
Responsibilities and Duties
• Develop new client relationships and maintain existing ones.
• Develop and implement strategic business development plans.
• Identify opportunities for campaigns, products, and distribution channels that will lead to sales growth.
• Understand the market trends and customer needs to define personalized approaches.
• Liaise with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and problem resolution.
Qualifications and Skills
• Proven experience as an Insurance Business Development Manager or similar role.
• Proficient in MS Office and business software (e.g., CRM).
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Strong strategic and business mindset.
• Outstanding negotiation and sales skills.
• A degree in Business Administration or equivalent.
Additional Requirements:
• Familiarity with the insurance industry.
• Ability to travel for client meetings.
