Responsibilities:

  • Documentation and E-signing: Utilize IRIS CRM software to manage documentation and e-signing processes.
  • Onboarding: Streamline and oversee the onboarding process for new merchants and clients.
  • Transaction Management: Monitor and manage transactions, ensuring accuracy and timely reporting.
  • Reports Generation: Generate and analyze reports to provide insights into business operations.
  • Merchant Management: Handle all aspects of merchant management within the CRM system.
  • Lead Management: Manage leads effectively to ensure optimal conversion rates.
  • Web Forms Management: Create and manage web forms for data collection and customer interactions.
  • System Integration: Integrate Customer Relationship Management software with other systems using APIs and web services.
  • Database Management: Ensure efficient database management, including writing and optimizing SQL queries.
  • Security and Compliance: Implement and maintain security and compliance standards within the CRM system.
  • CRM Knowledge: A broad understanding of CRM systems and their functionalities.

 

Mandatory Skills:

  • IRIS CRM Software Proficiency: Strong experience with IRIS CRM, including documentation, e-signing, onboarding, transaction management, merchant management, lead management, and web forms.
  • API and Web Services Knowledge: Proficient in integrating CRM with other systems using APIs and web services.
  • SQL and Database Management: Expertise in database management, including writing and optimizing SQL queries.
  • System Integration: Proven experience in integrating various systems and ensuring seamless data flow.
  • Security and Compliance: Knowledge of security protocols and compliance requirements related to CRM systems.

 

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of total experience with at least 1 year of relevant experience in IRIS CRM software.
