A. Accountabilities:

  • Successful delivery of the services within the scope of the project ( Network and Infrastructure domain).
  • Monitor the overall performance of services.
  • Handle Service reporting.
  • Meet Service Level Agreements/ Operation Level Agreements targets and high levels of customers satisfaction.
  • Manage and direct network and infrastructure project management domain.

 

B. Qualifications:

  • Experienced in setting up IT policies and procedures.
  • Experienced in setting up Service Level Agreements/ Operation Level Agreements .
  • Experienced in ISO 20000 implementation.
