Description:
We’re seeking an experienced IVANTI ITSM Consultant to optimize IT Asset Management (ITAM) and IT Service Management (ITSM) frameworks. Lead the design, compliance, and transformation of IT operations, ensuring high-quality service delivery for a well known Bank.
Key Focus Areas:
- Develop and implement ITAM & ITSM frameworks.
- Drive compliance and process optimization (Incident, Problem, Change, CMDB).
- Lead automation and configuration management.
What You’ll Need:
- 5+ years of ITSM/ITAM experience (IVANTI ).
- Strong skills in workflows, metrics, and automation tools.
- ITIL certification is a plus.
