• Candidate should have a complete domain, functional and high level design understand of the application/product they are working on.
• Should be able to answer scenario based questions – Should be able to write algorithm for simple programs with optimal solution
• Spring framework and Hibernate (Oracle) experience is a mandate for backend.
• Usage of DevOps tools will suffice – in depth knowledge not required.
• For frontend – ES6, React and Redux is a mandate with exposure to usage of REST for integration with backend (Java/Node/Dotnet). Importance to be given to performance optimization/cross browser compatibility.
