Description:
Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Computer Science, Telecommunications, or a related field.
5+ years of project management experience, preferably in the telecommunications.
Proven track record of delivering online and digital channel projects.
Strong understanding of digital technologies, including web development, APIs, and customer experience platforms.
Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Jira, Trello).
Certification in project management methodologies (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2, Agile).
Preferred:
Experience with telco-specific systems like CRM, OSS/BSS, or billing platforms.
Knowledge of user experience (UX) design principles and customer journey mapping.
Familiarity with Agile methodologies, such as Scrum or SAFe.
