Jbpm Specialist

Description:

We are seeking a skilled JBPM Specialist with server-side experience to facilitate the seamless migration from jBPM version 7.2/3 to RedHat PAM version 8.03 for one of our esteemed clients. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the migration process and ensuring the efficient functioning of the new system.

**Responsibilities:**
- Manage and execute the migration process from jBPM version 7.2/3 to RedHat PAM version 8.03.
- Utilize expertise in JBoss Server Administration to ensure smooth operation of the server environment.
- Design, develop, and architect JBPM business processes according to project requirements.
- Develop business rules using Drools to enhance process efficiency and automation.
- Implement containerization techniques to optimize system performance and scalability.

**Requirements:**
- Minimum 5+ years of experience in a similar role, preferably with a focus on JBPM and RedHat technologies.
- Proficiency in JBoss Server Administration and hands-on experience with server-side operations.
- Strong background in JBPM business process development, design, and architecture.
- Demonstrated expertise in developing business rules using Drools.
- Familiarity with containerization techniques and their application in enterprise environments.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot technical issues effectively.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Proven track record of delivering high-quality results within tight deadlines.
