A leading luxury furniture manufacturing company in Qatar is currently looking for an experienced Joinery Workshop/Factory Supervisor to assist in the daily Factory operations.
- 6-10 Years of GCC Experience in Joinery Production with Joinery/ Furniture/ Interiors manufacturing companies.
Efficiently
- Manage the production schedules of the Joinery workshop
- Oversee the manufacturing process.
- Supervise and monitor a team of carpenters and other staff (paint & upholstery)
- Responsible For optimal utilization of the workshop staff.
- Ability to read drawings and production details and to provide require cutting list and quantities
- Ensure time production, meeting required specifications and quality standards
- Experience in site supervision for interior fit-out projects / General fit-out site works (Joinery).
- Ability to read and Comprehend Drawings.
- Experience and ability to work in the multi-national
- Working environment in a supervisory role
- Computer Literate (MS Office, AutoCAD, etc.).
- Excellent communication & negotiation skills.
- Strong organization and coordination skills.
