Description:
The Junior Sales Consultant - Lighting will assist in expanding our market presence in Qatar by supporting senior sales staff, learning advanced sales techniques, and understanding LightON's innovative lighting solutions. This role involves engaging with clients, maintaining relationships, and promoting our state-of-the-art lighting systems.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist senior sales consultants in client meetings, presentations, and negotiations.
- Prepare and deliver detailed sales proposals and contracts tailored to client needs.
- Conduct market research to identify potential clients and stay updated on industry trends in Qatar.
- Customer Relationship Management:
- Maintain and enhance relationships with existing clients in the Qatar market to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.
- Address customer inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally.
- Support the development and implementation of customer retention and satisfaction strategies.
- Track and report sales metrics and key performance indicators (KPIs) specific to the Qatar market.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions in the CRM system.
- Prepare regular reports for senior management to inform strategic decisions.
- Training and Development:
- Participate in specialized sales training programs focused on the lighting industry and the Qatar market.
- Stay updated on industry developments, LightON's products, and competitors' offerings.
- Shadow senior sales staff to learn best practices and sales techniques.
- Coordinate sales meetings, events, and client visits.
- Manage sales documentation, ensuring all paperwork is completed accurately and promptly.
- Assist in the preparation of marketing materials, brochures, and presentations.
