Role Description

The Sales Key Account Manager will be responsible for managing and growing key accounts within the food service and food industry sectors in the Qatar market. This role demands a deep understanding of the culinary industry, exceptional relationship-building skills, and a proactive sales approach..

 

Responsibilities :

 

  • Account Management:
  • Manage and nurture relationships with key accounts in the food service and food industry sectors.
  • Develop and implement strategic account plans to maximize sales and profitability.
  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by providing excellent service and support.
  • Sales Growth:
  • Identify and approach new accounts to expand the client base within the Qatar market.
  • Conduct product demonstrations to showcase our gourmet food specialties.
  • Negotiate pricing, terms, and conditions to close deals and secure long-term partnerships.
  • Forecasting and Reporting:
  • Prepare and present sales forecasts to the management team.
  • Monitor sales performance against targets and provide regular updates.
  • Conduct daily follow-ups with clients to ensure smooth operations and address any issues promptly.
  • Market Analysis:
  • Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences.
  • Provide insights and recommendations to enhance our market positioning and product offerings.
