We are looking for Kitchen Hood & Duct Supervisors & Technicians

Requirements:

• 3 years’ experience in the same field
• Valid QID and Visa
• Good Communication Skills in English

Job Description:

• Inspection & Cleaning of Kitchen Hood & Duct Systems
• Degreasing of kitchen systems including hoods, rails, duct work, filters, and fans
• Set up and take down equipment including: hanging plastic sheeting, setting up ladders, vacuums, sprayers and high pressure hoses.
• Proper Mixing of chemicals.
• Scrape greasy buildup.
• Pressure wash the interior of exhaust systems such as fans, ducts and hoods.
• Clean and wipe down hoods, after removing grease.
• Responsible for the care of equipment, tools, maintaining supplies, reporting and required documentation
