Responsibilities Include but not limited to..

  • Develop and implement comprehensive learning and development strategies aligned with organizational goals.
  • Design and deliver engaging training programs, workshops, and learning materials using various instructional techniques.
  • Collaborate with department heads to assess training needs and develop tailored learning solutions.
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs through assessments and feedback mechanisms.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in learning and development.
  • Manage and maintain the Performance Management system to ensure efficient delivery of training materials.
  • Provide coaching and support to employees to facilitate their professional growth and development.
  • Perform administrative tasks such as monitoring costs, scheduling classes, setting up systems and equipment, and coordinating enrollment
  • Produce reports on learning and development activity using agreed HR performance indicators
  • Produce and maintain accurate records of learning and development activity in compliance with procedures
  • Manage the learning and development calendar
