Steps Real Estate Qatar is seeking a full-time, on-site Real Estate Leasing Agent to join our team in Doha, Qatar.
The Real Estate Leasing Agent will be responsible for:
- Assisting clients in all aspects of the leasing process, including advising clients on suitable properties, answering client inquiries, and arranging property viewings.
- Maintaining and developing relationships with new and existing clients, providing exceptional customer service, and working to ensure client satisfaction.
- Managing and updating property listings on multiple platforms, including online and print media.
- Preparing and presenting contracts to clients with accuracy and attention to detail, ensuring compliance with legal procedures and company policies.
- Keeping up-to-date with the latest market trends and real estate news to ensure a high level of industry knowledge and expertise.
Qualifications:
- A minimum of 2 years of experience as a Real Estate Broker.
- Strong English communication skills.
- Familiar with the real estate market in Qatar, and a strong understanding of industry practices, regulations, and requirements.
- Sales-oriented with strong negotiation and closing skills.
- Self-motivated with a strong work ethic, able to work independently or as part of a team.
- Qatari Driving License is a must.
