Legal Advisor

Description:

The Legal Advisor gives formal opinion regarding legal documents and activities. Provides a legal advice on the potential liability, in order to take necessary steps to control the company exposure. Provide professional, written and oral, legal advice to the executives and offices to reasonably complex legal and legal policy issues.

Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities:

• To provide advises to the Director of Chairman Office
• To manage both the internal, and external legal resources
• To give legal support to the Chairman and Director of Chairman office during company policies, disputes, employment, contracts etc.
• To read and review all the legal documents of a particular company and make sure they are properly made and drafted.
• To advise across the organization on the legal effects of policy proposals

Education and Experience:

• Must be a Master in Law or any related discipline
• Minimum 8 years professional experience in similar role preferably in Media Industry
