Light Current Technical Support Engineer

Description:

We are looking for a highly skilled and dedicated Light Current Technical Support Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for configuring and troubleshooting our products, ensuring the resolution of customer technical issues. You will act as the liaison between the customer and other internal teams while also managing complex networking environments.

Responsibilities:
*1-3 years of experience in systems such as CCTV, Access Control, Public Address, Fire Alarm, Barrier Gates, and similar light current technologies.
*Troubleshoot electrical issues and ensure work is completed according to project specifications.
*Assist in preparing project plans, installation procedures, and implementation for light current systems.
*Read technical manuals and implement solutions based on them. Accurately estimate required manpower and timelines for projects.
*Conduct testing, inspections, and maintenance on electrical systems, ensuring all systems pass final inspections before job completion.
*Manage construction schedules related to electrical elements on job sites.
*Perform tests of electrical systems throughout the construction process, including testing individual components or entire integrated systems.

Qualifications:
*Bachelor in Electrical Engineering or Mechatronics.
*1-3 years’ experience working with light current systems.

Skills Required:
*Strong background in electrical design and specifications.
*Proficiency in AutoCAD for designing electrical systems.
*Ability to lead a team and provide guidance.
*Experience in project management, planning, and executing large-scale projects in collaboration with cross-functional teams.
*Strong problem-solving abilities.
*Budgeting skills to manage project finances effectively.
*Excellent communication skills to interact with construction managers, architects, and other engineers throughout a project’s lifecycle.
