Manager Asset Integrity

 

Description:

Develop and manage several Asset Integrity Management System (AIMS) processes including but not limited to the Assurance process, the Verification Process, the Asset Integrity KPIs process ensuring that the processes are defined, understood, and executed as described in the AIMS for a successful management of major risks in Dolphin Upstream & Downstream.

 

RESPONSIBILITIES

 

Manage the development and monitor the execution and performance of the Dolphin upstream & downstream AI assurance scheme. Track the progress and propose remedial action on the basis of actual status versus agreed plans.

 

Ensure timely reporting of the results of the AI verification activities and its analysis to sustain a continuous improvement of the AIMS performance.

 

Develop and implement the Asset Integrity KPIs process and ensure timely update of AI KPI dashboard on monthly basis ensuring visibility of the dashboard across the organization.

 

Perform analysis of the AI KPIs and contribute to the analysis of the SECE dashboard to identify and implement improvement of Assurance and verification Schemes.

 

Coordinate with stakeholders the production of Major Risks consolidated Management Plans and track the closure of the decided mitigation and corrective actions for each Major Risks.

 

Participate, when necessary, in critical risk assessment meetings and process safety studies to ensure accuracy of risk assessment of Major Risks.

 

Participate in meetings for downgraded situations, deviations, deferrals, and inhibitions in order to monitor issues in relation with SECEs and Major Risks management. Raise to Director HSE Major Risks & Process Safety any situation prone to be a Major Risks.

 

Support Director HSE Major Risks & Process Safety for the preparation of the Asset Integrity Review Team (AIRT) meeting and Asset Integrity and Major Risks Management Board (AIMRB), in particular for the chapter relating to Major Risks management, Assurance, Verification and AI KPIs processes.

 

Minimum Educational Requirements / Qualifications:

 

Bachelor’s degree in chemical engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Metallurgical Engineering, Corrosion Engineering or similar with strong technical background.

 

Minimum Experience:

12 years’ experience in Oil & Gas Operations including at least 5 years in positions of progressively increasing managerial responsibilities, with an exposure in Process Safety or Asset Integrity roles.

 

Skills and Competencies:

 

Technical knowledge of multi-engineering disciplines such as operation, maintenance, inspection, process, production, design engineering, risk assessment, to ensure overall asset integrity knowledge.

 

Team leader capable of identifying and implementing change to realize quantitative improvements in financial, safety and operational performance.
