Job Description:

Reporting to the Ceo Automotive, you are a dynamic multicultural leader, focused on growth, customer experience and profitability. You will be responsible for supervising the complete business’s daily operations, implementing company policies and procedures, and determining the impact of particular decisions on the company’s budget and overall development.

Responsibilities

• Establish company goals and objectives, both short-term and long-term, assuming full responsibility and is accountable for customer retention, development and the profitability of each department in the multi brand distribution automotive division.
• Develop business plans and strategies.
• Advise/report the board of directors on strategic issues and performance.
• Motivate and provide leadership to managers and senior executives.
• Build long term, trusting relationships with car makers, shareholders, business partners and authorities.
• Further develop and enhance company culture, brand and compliance.

Education and qualification

• Bachelors’ degree in Business Administration or similar with strong proven knowledge of the automotive industry and its global trends.

· + 15 years of working experience in Automotive Industry with a minimum of 5 years in Top management automotive roles, such as: MD,GM, Marketing, Sales, Retail , Distribution, ideally in Middle East.

· Strong People management skills with the ability to mentor and motivate staff.

· Outstanding communication, presentation, and leadership skills: English Must!

· Industry reputation and proven record of dealership management / distribution/Start up implementation and development.
