We are seeking a dedicated Market Research Specialist to help drive our growth by providing critical market insights.
Role:
- Lead Identification: Research and identify potential leads through various channels, including online research, industry associations, social media, databases, and networking events.
- Data Support: Provide relevant and accurate data to support marketing campaigns and business event preparations.
- Market Analysis: Prepare data analysis and reports on customer markets, industries, and our direct competition.
- Collaboration: Work closely with sales and marketing teams to develop effective lead generation strategies.
- CRM Management: Maintain accurate information on leads in our CRM, following the Company’s Sales Process.
- Metrics Analysis: Analyze and report on lead generation metrics to track progress and identify areas for improvement.
- Industry Trends: Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices for lead generation.
Skills:
- Educational Background: Bachelor's degree in marketing, business administration, or a related field.
- Experience: Experience in sales and/or data research, preferably in a start-up environment.
- Data Analysis: Ability to compile and analyze data and create reports to support data-driven decisions.
- Lead Generation: Experience in developing and implementing lead generation strategies.
- Software Proficiency: Proficiency with CRM software and other sales tools.
- Independent & Team Work: Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Organizational Skills: Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Digital Marketing Knowledge: Knowledge of digital marketing and social media platforms.
- Language Skills: High fluency in English (written and spoken) is mandatory and at least advanced in Spanish (written and spoken). Bonus for another main European language.
- Bonus: Knowledge of supply chain is a bonus.
