Marketing Manager

 

Description:

Marketing Manager shall be responsible for the overall corporate branding and marketing activities of SHIFT WLL and its entities. He/ She will develop and execute marketing activities while managing and motivating the team to ensure satisfaction with day-to-day marketing campaigns and long-term strategies, thriving against tight deadlines and changing demands.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Develop corporate branding and marketing policies, procedures, and guidelines for SHIFT WLL and its entities.
  • Overall responsibility for brand management and corporate identity.
  • Lead, direct, coach, and inspire the marketing team.
  • Oversee the company's marketing budget.
  • Determine positioning, identify target groups, and create marketing plans with specific goals across various channels and segments.
  • Lead marketing program execution from start to finish and leverage internal support to facilitate collaboration.
  • Work closely with design agencies and assist with new product launches.
  • Through the company’s CRM solutions/tools, analyze customer insights, consumer trends, market analysis, and marketing best practices to develop winning strategies.
  • Create, maintain, and execute analytical reports across multiple platforms to extract key insights for future campaign development and go-to-market strategies and finalize formal tactical suggestions and recommendations.
  • I'd like you to maintain effective internal communications to ensure that all relevant company functions are informed of marketing objectives.
  • Will be part of the project committee during CRM system implementation and other systems related to the function.
  • Plays ownership of the CRM System (especially on the Marketing part)

QUALIFICATION & KNOWLEDGE

  • Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) in marketing, business administration, or related field
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Solid 6 experience in developing marketing plans and campaigns
  • Strong project management, multitasking, and decision-making skills
  • A metrics-driven marketing ethos that emphasizes creativity
  • Experience with marketing automation and CRM tools
