 What You Bring:
 A Diploma/Degree in Marine or Mechanical Engineering or equivalent qualifications.
10+ years of shipyard experience, including 3-4 years in a managerial role.
Expertise in ship engines, machining tools, and mechanical systems.
Exceptional communication, organizational, and leadership skills.
