Requirements:
✅ Bachelor’s in Engineering + UPDA/MME Certified
✅ 5+ years in medical lab equipment maintenance
✅ Strong knowledge of Lab Medicine & Pathology equipment
✅ Technical training certifications (preferred)
✅ Proficient in MS Office & reporting
🔹 Key Responsibilities:
🔸 PPM & CM: Monitor, maintain, and service lab equipment per HTM, JCI, CAP & HMC standards
🔸 Warranty & Calibration: Coordinate OEM repairs & ensure ISO 17025 calibration
🔸 Reports & Documentation: Submit CM, PPM, KPI & spare parts reports
🔸 Team Leadership: Manage technicians & provide 24/7 emergency support
📍 Shift: Morning (8 hrs/day, 6 days) + On-call for B & C shifts
