Description:
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the senior developer to refine and optimize existing wireframes.
- Design visually appealing and user-friendly screens for our upcoming mobile application.
- Conduct user research and user testing to inform design decisions and ensure a seamless user experience.
- Ensure all designs comply with accessibility best practices.
- Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute innovative ideas to enhance the overall product vision.
- Create and maintain design documentation and style guides.
- Stay updated on the latest industry trends and incorporate them into design processes.
Qualifications:
- 3-5 years of experience in mobile app design.
- Proficiency in Adobe XD, Sketch, or Figma.
- Strong portfolio showcasing previous mobile application design projects.
- Experience with user research and user testing methodologies.
- Excellent understanding of accessibility best practices.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, agile environment.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in the waste management industry(a plus!)
- Familiarity with additional design tools and software.
- Background in front-end development.
